The Re.Shape Lab pursues research-creation at the intersection of draping, 3D printing, and eco-responsible design, alongside the technologies developed by the hand. Founded and directed by Danielle Martin, the lab translates emotion into form, an inquiry articulated in her ÉÉP framework (Écoresponsabilité, Émotion, Pratique). Her Fashion Design for DIY (FDfDIY) approach extends this into participatory co-design, most recently with people living with dementia.
The lab brings a fashion design and creative sensibility to experimental garments, eco-responsible making, and human-centred garment design. Its projects have been supported by internal and external grants.
We are currently looking for a Fashion Designer Intern to join our team and contribute to the making of innovative garment projects.
This is a great opportunity to learn, preferably for a fashion design student in their second, third, or fourth year or a recent graduate, to get some hands-on experience in a creative environment.
It is a plus if you are passionate about sustainability, have an eye for detail, have a creative or analytical mindset, and are looking for a varied job role for a short period.
Time and Date of the internship:
Summer 2027, Part-Time
Total of up to 15 hours a week, depending on your availability and the lab hours
Please send your motivation letter and resumé to the email indicated on the Internship Position Announcement link below.
